Dante’s House of Pizza Review | Munster, IN

Dante’s House of Pizza is a pizza parlor in the northwestern Indiana town of Munster.  They have a lunch buffet on weekdays for $8.95 that I wish I could have tried, but I went there during dinner hours.  I started my dinner with some pretty good breadsticks, pictured below, and then I enjoyed the pepperoni pizza pictured above.  I liked the pizza, and my favorite part was the cheese.  My only complaint would be that it did not go all the way to the crust leaving the edge pieces to be somewhat lacking, and the crust wasn’t flavorful enough to make up for that.  Dante’s House of Pizza offers small, medium, large, extra large, and “giant” pizzas.  My group was not hungry or daring enough to order the giant, so I would be very interested to hear from anyone who took that on.  Besides pizza, they also serve appetizers, soups, salads, chicken, shrimp, ribs, pastas, and sandwiches.  Even though it may not be apparent by the name, it seems there is nearly something for everyone at Dante’s House of Pizza, and it is worth a try.
