Basbeaux Pizza has been people’s choice for the best pizza in Indianapolis every year since it’s opening in 1986, and I could not agree with the people more on this one. My personal favorites from this establishment are the simple sausage and pepperoni pizza (pictured above) or their margherita pizza (pictured below). Their pizza alla quattro formaggio seems to be popular as well, and it includes romano, cheddar, ricotta, mozzarella, provolone, bacon, and mushroom. I really enjoy the freshness of the toppings on pizza at Bazbeaux, and their crust is just right…not too thick or too thin. Basbeaux Pizza has locations in downtown Indianapolis, Broad Ripple, and Carmel, and I would recommend heading to the closest one soon if you have never tried it. According to their website, Bazbeaux was a court jester whose philosophy of whimsy, originality, and excellence they try to follow.
