C.B. & Potts is a fun restaurant and brewery that claims to be the tallest bar in Colorado (see picture below). They have several locations in the Denver area, and the one I visited in Englewood had a typical restaurant area and a bar/lounge area that even featured a few games. They offer a wide range of food including burgers, sandwiches, steak, chicken, seafood, and pizza. I have to admit that their pizza was just average bar pizza, but some of their other food may have been much better. I started with their loaded waffle fries which were very good, and I especially liked the garlic sour cream dipping sauce that came with them. Anyone feeling very brave can even try their Behemoth Challenge which consists of downing a 5+ pound burger in one hour, but be warned that only two people have ever actually successfully taken on the Behemoth. Also, don’t forget that they offer their own brews in addition to all of the food options. Therefore, no matter what you are craving, there is a good chance C.B. & Potts Restaurant & Brewery has it in a fun and casual atmosphere.
