Yesterday, the Tony Sacco’s in Carmel, Indiana was kind enough to allow me and group of coworkers to make our own pizza. It was a great experience, far beyond making a Boboli at home. I, of course, am quite proud of my pizza, and you can find pictures of the process below…

It’s not the pizza making that impresses me. It’s the obvious professional business attire and the all around fantastic fashion sense.
That is one good looking pizza. I am concerned about one thing….where is your hairnet?
