Pizza Perfection | Moscow, ID

Pizza Perfection has locations in Moscow and Lewiston, Idaho and Pullman, Washington, and I visited their original location in Moscow (home of the University of Idaho Vandals as you can tell from the pictures). Pizza Perfection may be one of the best quality pizzas for the price out there, and I would probably be living off of it if I lived in the inland Northwest. Their slogan of “Two Pizzas, Too Perfect” refers to their everyday offering of buy one, get one free to all carryout customers. In addition to that great deal, I enjoyed their lunch special of two slices and a drink for only four dollars. The slices were of good size and quite filling. The crust, consisting of dough made freshy daily, was of medium thickness and fairly similar to Papa John’s, although slightly less airy and more flavorful. While I enjoyed the ample amount of cheese – an 80-10-10 mixture of 100% mozzarella, provolone and cheddar – and grease on the pizza, it would probably be best to rotate in some of their pasta and salad if anyone were to take my idea of living off of it to heart. The location in Moscow had some seating room, but I believe carryout and delivery are probably the most common ways of enjoying Pizza Perfection.

Recently spent time in New England. Our son took us to a pizza place with a very unusual name: Town Spa Pizza. The name would make you wonder about the pizza; don’t worry, some of the best pizza in the country! It is unique, very tasty and addictive! It is located in Sharon, Massachucetts. Hard to find for a first timer—but the locals know where it is! Friday and Saturday nights(starting at 4:30) 20-30 minute waiting time. Once you’re seated the service is quick and efficient. These guys and gals are pros! Our favorite was bacon and pineapple with the meatball coming in a close second. You won’t be able to find the country’s best pizza without trying Town Spa Pizza.
