Bodrum Cafe & Restaurant Review | Istanbul, Turkey

Bodrum Cafe & Restaurant offers a multi-level dining option with an expansive menu in the tourist area of Istanbul, Turkey. We ate on the terrace at the top of the restaurant and enjoyed views of the Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia (the second picture below is a view from the terrace level).  They also have an outside seating area at the street level that you can see a little bit of in the first picture below as well as first and second story levels below the terrace.  The pizza was almost as enjoyable as the view while tasting surprisingly like something that would be served in America. The thin crust tasted like Pizza Hut’s, and it had a good amount of greasy cheese.  Their menu was incredibly large and featured many more dishes you can find world-wide besides pizza and some more traditional Turkish options as well.  If you are ever touring Istanbul try not to spend all of your money on silk carpets so that you can buy some pizza at the Bodrum Cafe & Restaurant.

As a fellow diner with Ryan on this adventure, I would also like to add that in this Cafe the manager and serving staff were very welcoming and spoke English. Being in a foreign country it was helpful to have someone to talk to that spoke English.
