Cafe Pizzaria has been serving pizzas in Bloomington with the same recipe since 1953, and it certainly has a neat college town restaurant feel with some nice Indiana University memorabilia. I believe they may have lost some popularity in recent years, but they still make a decent thin crust pizza. While I obviously had their pizza, I have heard that they also offer some pretty good stromboli. Cafe Pizzeria is just a block down from Nick’s English Hut on Kirkwood, and, while they don’t serve alcohol (see earlier comment on loss of popularity in recent years), they would be a solid option for some good food if you can’t get a seat at Nick’s.
