Michaelangelo’s Italian Bistro serves decent pizza as well as many other options. It is much more of a laid back atmosphere inside than what the name would elude to. I only tell you this so that you don’t make the same mistake as my wife who got all dressed up for what she thought would be a fancy dinner and ended up spending the evening complaining about how the people next to us were wearing sweatpants. The food I ate reminded me a little of the Olive Garden as they have very good breadsticks and the pizza also tasted similar but was perhaps slightly better. The overall selection on their menu is also comparable to what you would find at the Olive Garden, but Michaelangelo’s Italian Bistro offers some sandwich options as well.

Originally our group of 12 people had planned on going to Applebee’s because several of us had some gift cards to use. However Applebee’s refused to take a reservation for a party of 12. So we called Michael Angelo’s and they were very accommodating and had our table set up and waiting for our group when we arrived. Our waiter Tony was excellent and the service was top notch the entire time. The food was reasonably priced and the quality was very good. Our entire group had a great time celebrating. We were there celebrating my brother in law’s birthday and he received a free dessert. This was my first time at Michael Angelo’s and it was a very positive one, we’ll be back again. When we left I forgot my purse hanging on the back of my chair and didn’t realize it for a couple of hours. We called and they had placed my purse in their safe. When I picked it up everything was there nothing was missing. Honest and caring folks! I highly recommend Michael Angelo’s.
