Monical’s Pizza offers good thin and pan-style crust pizza. I don’t believe all of their locations offer a buffet, but the one in Carmel did until it closed (there are rumors about it reopening elsewhere though). It is certainly one of the better overall buffets, but that also shows in its price by comparison. They save you some work by bringing salad and breadsticks to your table so that you can focus solely on pizza while in the buffet line. My personal favorite option on the buffet is the thin crust bacon pizza.
