Thr3e Wise Men is a new microbrewery in the Broadripple area of Indianapolis. The inside has a neat cabin-type feel, and you can even be seated at picnic tables. I had their pizza lunch special which was a great deal as it also included three breadsticks (I recommend the stuffed ones), or salad if you prefer, for $7.50 (the whole lunch plate is pictured below). I could tell the ingredients were very fresh in their pizza, and they say they include brew-homemade marinara, a blend of parmesan and mozzarella cheeses and are served on buttery garlic crust, made with a bit of their golden zoe ipa. I didn’t taste the buttery garlic crust too much as it was pretty thin, but the cheese, which they say is mostly local, definitely stood out. As I was there for lunch, I was only able to try one of their beers, but I did enjoy the blonde. While there are a lot of great dining options in Broadripple, Thr3e Wise Mean Brewery is certainly worthy of a visit if you haven’t been there already.
