Jet’s Pizza | Carmel, IN

Jet’s Pizza has great pan pizza with options for flavored crust.  They also serve traditional crust pizza that I haven’t yet tried, because I can’t turn down garlic-flavored pan crust.  Their jet’s bread (cheesy bread) is also very good.  Jet’s Pizza also offers subs, but since they couldn’t even get props in the name I wouldn’t pass up on the pizza for them.  The Jet’s Pizza in Carmel is carryout or delivery only so you are going to be disappointed and uncomfortable if you try to eat in there.

Just ordered some Jet’s… thought you’d appreciate that! :)

Get the deep dish/pan with well done with parmesan across the whole thing before the oven, if you don’t get it well done there is a chance that the pizza can taste a little doughy.

The parmesan before oven will make any pizza better (when well done, since parm has a higher melting point). When I was on Jury Duty the bailiff called this “Alexander à la mode” after me; I am pretty sure the other jurors started ordering pizza this way from then on out because the one I ordered got smashed the fastest and was the only pizza that got finished out of the 3 they ordered.
